Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be processed if the booking is cancelled within the specified cancellation window as outlined by the respective healthcare provider. Users must cancel their appointment at least [12/1 days] before the scheduled appointment time to be eligible for a refund. If the cancellation occurs after this period, no refund will be issued.
Non-Refundable Fees
In cases where the cancellation is made after the specified time, or if the user fails to show up for the appointment, the full payment will be forfeited. This includes any advance deposits or partial payments made at the time of booking.
